I know it's not a comic book movie, but I saw The Hobbit last week and I wondered if any of you lot had seen it? I had forgotten how much I love the whole of the LOTR films if you have not seen it yet and you liked the LOTR films then I would recommend it, we are hopeing to see it again next week in 3D as that is supposed to be better, it had better be as I'm not a fan of 3D films and its a long time to sit there if its rubbish Smile

Every time I've been supposed to go it either snowed like a bastard or someone at work got sick and I got called in. At this point I think I'll wait for the Blu-Ray. Really want to see it though.

I saw it on opening day in 3D. It was amazing!
This was my 1st 3D movie, so it took me about 15 minutes to get adjusted to it all.
The movie is kind of a "liberal" interpretation of The Hobbit novel.
A few things that the purists won't like but, overall, very enjoyable!
My main complaint is having to wait so long to see parts 2 & 3! Very Happy
