I used to love Bone (still do), way back before he went over to image comics.
I even have a set of Bone fridge magnets (that the wife hates)

I remember when that came out and it being very highly acclaimed. But I remember the first issue was in the hundreds of dollars already, so I never read it. I don't even know what it's about. I just remember seeing that little white cartoon guy.

I should really pick it up though. I've never met anyone that read it and didn't say.

Same with Cerebus. It seemed the same to me when I was younger. Really highly acclaimed, indy comic that was too expensive for me to get into. Anyone ever read that?

Maybe it says a lot about me but Cerebus is another comic that I love, I'm also glad that I have a nearly full set of Cerebus only missing about 5 issues (cant remember what numbers of the top of my head)
