| Frankenstein Agent Of S.H.A.D.E. is coming to an end with issue #16 in January. I'm really unhappy with this. It along with Resurrection Man were two very different titles that I really loved and looked forward to every month. sad news. | |

| Weird. I'm surprised they cancelled it. Especially with it crossing over with Animal Man and Swamp Thing. Paul if you liked it, you should try Animal Man. It's written by Jeff Lemire, too, and is a cool weird ass book. The first issue was one of the most memorable of all the New 52 for me. | |

| I've read over the last year since the relaunch that Animal Man has been one of the surprise hits. I may have to pick up the trade of the first few issues. Animal Man is written by the same guy as Frankenstein?? Neat. As we know I almost never have any clue who writes or draws these things. | |

Animal Man is written by the same guy as Frankenstein?? Neat. As we know I almost never have any clue who writes or draws these things. I believe Jeff Lemire has been writing Animal Man since #1, but he stopped writing Frankenstein with issue #9. With issue #10 Matt Kindt took over. He's a good writer as well. I liked his comic "Mind MGMT," but had to drop it when I thinned out my pull list. I never used to pay much attention to artists and writers, either. But now I've found that it really helps me gauge whether or not to buy a book of not. Obviously it's not always right, but usually if I find a artist or writer I like, then I tend to like most of their other work too. Same with artists/writers I dislike. | |
